Geogebra is a free and multi-platform dynamic mathematics software for schools, that joins geometry, algebra and calculus. Richard and Chelsea Bitgood use this application for sharing "Java math applets for our courses. It is a fairly advanced graphing calculator for students to use to build their own stuff (although it is definitely possible), but is great for teachers to use to build their own interactions:)"
