Google Docs Unleashed!

For those of you techie wannabe's here is Claire Pollok's Google doc Slideshare presentation, to help you with Google document sharing:)  Have fun! Thanks Claire:)

  1. Thanks so much for the time you've put into this Claire. The adoption and use of Google Docs is a "given" in 21st Century Schools, and certainly a direction that every DL teacher needs to move in if they hope to develop a sense of community, connection, and immediacy with and among their students. Google Docs does much more than encouraging group feedback and collaboration. Google Docs makes online quizzes both readily available and automatically marked. This is great for covering the content portions of a course, leaving the teacher time for a more in-depth assessment of the critical questions that should be a part of every course. The presentation program is very similar to PowerPoint as well, giving many students a very useful introduction to making a multimedia presentation.

    I'm assuming that the work you've done Claire can be accessed through the dropbox. A link to the location would be great to have. There is so much that can be done with Google Docs. Having this kind of documentation will always be handy and appreciated.
